Eric Ripert Wants In At Your Dinner Party
Surely his Rolodex is fat with cool friends, but he's got room for you at his dinner party—on the web. Eric Ripert is launching a series called Dinner Social, in which he thinks up a monthly menu and holds your hand through the execution.
His November menu is up and themed "Market Table." While cooking his dishes (endive spears with blue cheese and duck prosciutto, pumpkin soup, lamb, maple-roasted pears with bourbon sauce) and channeling your inner Ripert, take photos. He wants documentation.
"Even if I cannot be with you, I invite you to virtually share your dinner party experience with me," Ripert says. Starting November 10, you can upload the photos to Avec Eric.
