There may be no more terrifying setting for a horror story than a professional kitchen. Metromix asked nine chefs for their worst kitchen memories, and the answers are pretty blood-curdling: Michael Psilakis watched a line cook dip his hand in boiling oil, while one of Alain Allegretti's passed his entire hand through a meat slicer. The results weren't pretty.
