So, So Want: Cheese-Stuffed Tonkatsu at Katsu-Hama

ZOMG! Robyn Lee has been holding out on us. This vital bit of porky, cheesy intel has been languishing in her Flickr photo collection for almost a week. The New York Times and Ed Levine here even mentioned katsu curry recently.

But did 'Boppy speak up and tell us about the most amazing tonkatsu cut ever?

No.

As the subway slogan reminds us, "IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING."

And this something looks ZOMG delicious. I so want this cheese-stuffed tonkatsu.

So I say unto thee out there, it is available at Katsu-Hama, whose kurobuta tonkatsu Joe DiStefano wrote about last week.

Cheese and fried pork! Mother of God that looks good!

ZOMG that is right by my work! I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow! :D

This looks delicious, and I love cheese. All kinds of cheese, if you want to learn more about the types of cheese read http://www.newrinkles.com/index.php/archive/did-you-know-cheese/

Just looked at the end-of-year roundups, and whoa! My fingers lurking on SE! Just thought I'd mention that this meal got two thumbs up from me :)
