The New York Culinary Experience, a two-day gastro workshop fest, is this weekend and there are still tickets left. The line-up is amazing, but it's $1,395. You do get a weekend of hands-on cooking classes, tastings, discussions, and more alongside Wylie Dufresne, Marcus Samuelsson, Michael Psilakis, Masaharu Morimoto, Eric Ripert, and Jacques Torres to name a few.
