Cesare Casella's Salumeria Rosi To Open October 15th

I ran into Tuscan uber-chef Cesare Casella over the weekend and he told me that his 35 seat grocery/ restaurant Salumeria Rosi will be opening October 15th. Chefs and restaurateurs always tend to be optimistic when it comes to actual opening dates, so I say stay tuned. Given Cesare's talent and taste, Salumeria Rossi will likely be my go-to Italian spot in the neighborhood. Pasta, salumi, beans, Italian groceries, and sandwiches from Cesare!
