The Winery Association of Nova Scotia is offering a free Nova Scotian dinner (with wines) for two at the James Beard House Thursday, August 7, for anyone who can photograph themselves placing a piece of smoked salmon on the face of a sleeping loved one. does my cat count as the face of a loved one? he's the only one i can think of who would appreciate being awakened like that.

I often place place pieces of avocado on the faces of not only loved ones, but people I am simply fond of.

@cybercita...I too thought of my cat. After she "jumped" away and realized she was OK, I'd have to entice her into inspecting the "thing" that woke her up. It would be funny, but I doubt Adam would choose this type of picture as the winner.
