Cheyenne Savior Sets Sights on the Forum Diner in Paramus, New Jersey

One day you're a popular diner; the next, you're vandalized and about to be demolished to make way for a Jeep dealership. The 40-year old landmark Forum Diner at 211 East State Route 4 in Paramus closed over a year ago and will soon disappear for good unless someone buys it and moves it to a new location. Preservationist Michael Perlman has made a photo gallery to document the restaurant's design and hopefully find prospective buyers.

If you're interested in saving the diner, contact Perlman at unlockthevault@hotmail.com. His diner-saving track record is pretty good having already saved two iconic diners in New York City.

This was a great diner. The quality of the food was always a notch or two above the typical NJ diner.

Has anyone heard anything about this lately? Was this saved?
