Paupered Chef Teaches Charcuterie Tonight At Whole Foods

Our own Blake Royer, who you may know as one of the Paupered Chefs, will be at the Bowery Whole Foods tonight teaching a class called "Apartment Charcuterie." Learn about salt preservation and the basics of dry-curing meat. At $30, "the class is an incredible deal, and you'll walk away with two pounds of meat to finish curing in your apartment."
