I've seen animated signage on taxis, bus stop shelters, and subway entrances, but this is the first time I've seen it on a hot dog cart. So what does the anime girl have to do with hotdogs, gatorade and water? I guess it doesn't really matter..

@Thomasj: I have no idea what a sexy anime lady has to do with water. They could put the Terminator on there and I'd be fascinated, just because it's a crazy sign for a hot dog cart.
