NY1 tonight will run an interview with Gourmet editor Ruth Reichl. As part of the ongoing One on 1 series with Bud Mishkin, Reichl will talk about her current gig, her past job as restaurant critic at the New York Times, and how she squared such a luxe career with her hippie friends and herself. The segment airs tonight at 8 p.m., on channel 1, of course, on Time-Warner Cable.
