I cooked last night for what I consider by far the biggest game of the week--Rangers vs Devils. Spice-rubbed (cumin, Aleppo, salt, pepper) wings, baked then broiled, then dumped in Frankie's Red Hot, Rooster Sauce, and butter. Served with celery sticks, and a Maytag blue cheese dip made with Cabot's sour cream, along with a bit of heavy cream to loosen it. Since the Rangers won, I feel condemned to make this meal every game night until we lose. Or maybe just wearing the Rangers t-shirt with the sauce stains would count?
