Ultimate Super Bowl Party Meal: Bo Ssam and All the Fixins'
Now here's my idea of a perfect Super Bowl repast, a bo ssam feast for ten from those delicious food-crazed folks at Momofuku Ssam Bar (I'm not even going to mention David Chang's name). For $200 (plus delivery), you get a whole pork shoulder along with all the accompaniments you get at the restaurant (lettuce, rice, kim chi, sauces), plus chicken wings, kewpie slaw, and for dessert the Ssam Bar take on stadium sweets, including housemade Crackerjacks and peanut brittle. Order by next Wednesday.

I was at the Noodle Bar this weekend and the sign in the window there said that the Super Bowl spread was $30 per person with a $200 minimum order (i.e., for approx. 7, not 10, people). Maybe the Ssam Bar has a different offer.
