As of last Saturday the Shake Shack had not installed any heaters. That shouldn't stop you from trying the insanely, crazy-good hot chocolate there. Made with among other things, 72% Vahlrona chocolate and cream, and then topped with a homemade toffee marshmallow, this is perfectly balanced hot chocolate, just sweet enough and plenty chocolatey. Is it creamy and rich and sinfully delicious? You bet it is. And it's piping hot, so you won't even notice if the heaters have been installed or not.
