Pasta of the Day (And Maybe the Year)

If you're like me and you like your pasta dishes earthy and soulful go to Insieme right now and order the bigoli, the housemade buckwheat pasta Insieme chef/co-owner Marco Canora is tossing with little cubes of veal ragu. It is crazy good and the antidote to any cold wind mother nature throws at New York this winter. It's only served at dinner, so do some holiday shopping in midtown and then grab a bowl of pasta when the restaurant opens at 5:30 That's my idea of a happy hour.
