The Gurgling Cod takes Grub Street (AKA Mr. Cutlets) to task for his silly take on the opening of Setagaya, an officially Japanese Ramen joint in the East Village. I haven't been to Setagaya, but reliable taste buds have given the place a thumbs up. Has anybody been?
