'Fast Times:'The Five Minute New York Times Dining Section
Serious Eats Vice-Overlord Adam Kuban brings us time-starved serious eaters a brilliant five-minute version of the New York Times Dining Section this morning. He correctly points out that Serious Eats and Ed Levine Eats have been all over the meatball craze for weeks now. Interestingly, there was no mention of the big meatball Michael Anthony is making in the front dining room at the Gramercy Tavern, the Cibreo-inspired beauties at Pepolino, or the fabulous Greek meatballs at Pylos in the East Village.
